Infra Simulator

Cold outbound · sending capacity

Enter the volume you need to send. This works out the sending domains, the mailboxes on each one, and the daily cap every mailbox holds to — so the whole reachout is visible before a single email goes out.

Campaign brief

All four fields are editable — the plan below rebuilds as you type.
Your real company domain. Kept out of the send rotation.
One person signs every email across the fleet.

22 working days / month, 5 / week.

What the plan costs you in infrastructure

Every mailbox is capped at 15 sends per day.

Why not just send from your own domain A domain that gets flagged is difficult to recover, and everything your team sends — quotes, invoices, replies — travels on it. acme.com never sends a cold email. It only receives the redirect from each sending domain, so a prospect who types the address in a browser lands on your real site.

How the fleet is operated

15 sends per mailbox per day

A hard ceiling, not an average. Volume grows by adding mailboxes, never by pushing an existing one harder.

3 mailboxes per domain

Enough to make a domain worth the setup, few enough that losing one domain removes only 45 sends a day.

SPF, DKIM and DMARC on every domain

Authentication is set at purchase, before the first send. An unauthenticated domain is a burnt domain.

One identity across the fleet

Every mailbox signs as the same person, so a prospect who replies twice from different sequences meets the same name.

Rotation, not repetition

Sends are spread across the fleet and across the day. No prospect is ever contacted by two mailboxes on the same domain.

Replies land in one place

All mailboxes forward to a single monitored inbox. The client answers from one screen, not thirty-nine.

Capacity figures assume 22 working days per month and no sending on weekends.
